Shipping & Freight FAQ

All shipments are made through well recognised forwarders and freight is charged at the costs shown on our website for each product. If no freight price is shown then the purchase is deemed to be freight free. In the unlikely event that a purchase is damaged in transit we must be advised within 7 days of receipt in order for us to rectify. Damages advised after that time will not be accepted.
