Love the product, it’s great quality and is very easy to adjust to whatever wardrobe space you have. It came in the specified time frame, and there was great communication from your team. I had to ask for replacement screws, which your staff couriered to me without issue, which I appreciated.
The only thing I can fault you on is a small negative experience I had with your delivery policy. You have a promotional offer where any spend over $2500 gets free delivery. I had bought $2600 worth of your product over a six week period in two individual purchases, and had made two 2-hour trips to your warehouse to pick up already. I made a third purchase and hoped that this could be delivered to me for free, as overall my purchasing habit fit your delivery criteria, and the drive is rather gruelling, but it was not meant to be.
