Standard Lead Times
We endeavour to meet the lead times below for all orders outside of holiday & closed periods:
- Wardrobe Systems: Approximately 5 working days dispatch, or Next Day Collections
- Sliding Doors: Approximately 15 working days
If your order contains both wardrobes and sliding doors, the longer lead time is applicable for your total order.
Please note that lead times may vary due to stock availability, assembly requirements, or seasonal demand. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, and our close-down period. If timing is critical for your order, please contact us to confirm stock availability and estimated delivery dates.
The sales process, people I dealt with etc were all v good. The reason for this rating is only the assembly of the drawer base into the sides was a PITA. The fit was far too tight on all 10 drawers. It was so tight that on a couple of the drawers it would damage the base piece. You need to address the manufacturing of the tightness of this interference fit.
