Delivery Areas
We deliver to most main centres, simply enter your address at checkout. If your address isn’t included in our standard delivery areas, you’ll be prompted during checkout to request a delivery quote — we’ll email you a price within 48 hours.Â
Delivery Details & Surcharges
Most orders are pallet-packed and shipped nationwide with Mainfreight.
Current lead times can be found here. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier’s route and schedule — specific delivery dates or times cannot be requested.
A signature is required on all deliveries — goods cannot be left unattended.
Orders that include mirror doors incur an additional mirror freight surcharge (excludes collection from Silverdale).
Some products exceed standard size or weight limits. These may incur excess freight charges and may not qualify for delivery promotions.
Collection – Silverdale, North Auckland
You can collect your order Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm. Please bring photo ID and your pickup confirmation email.
Collection from a Freight Depot
In some areas, we can deliver your order to the nearest Mainfreight depot for you to collect. Standard delivery fees apply to depot deliveries.
If this option is available for your location, it will appear at checkout — otherwise, you can email our team to request a depot delivery quote.

First one turned up damaged. They replaced it straight away, no worries Great mirror for the price. Would recommend
Looks good. Had to look on you tube to figure out installation as there were no instructions. Good price compared to others on the market and it arrived really fast too.
Thanks for the great feedback! 😊 So sorry the installation instructions were missed from your order, we’ll make sure the team knows! Glad you’re happy with the price, product and speedy delivery.
So easy to use. Right height to view yourself.
