Delivery Areas
We deliver to most main centres, simply enter your address at checkout. If your address isn’t included in our standard delivery areas, you’ll be prompted during checkout to request a delivery quote — we’ll email you a price within 48 hours.
Delivery Details & Surcharges
Most orders are pallet-packed and shipped nationwide with Mainfreight.
Current lead times can be found here. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier’s route and schedule — specific delivery dates or times cannot be requested.
A signature is required on all deliveries — goods cannot be left unattended.
Orders that include mirror doors incur an additional mirror freight surcharge (excludes collection from Silverdale).
Some products exceed standard size or weight limits. These may incur excess freight charges and may not qualify for delivery promotions.

You can collect your order Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm. Please bring photo ID and your pickup confirmation email.
Collection from a Freight Depot
In some areas, we can deliver your order to the nearest Mainfreight depot for you to collect. Standard delivery fees apply to depot deliveries.

My builder Nate of Fell Design and Build LTD absolutely loved these doors and said they are really well made and easy to fit
Really easy to install and they glide so seamlessly. They finish off the space really nicely.
I was expecting you would have given me a bit more tolerance offy dimensions. The aluminium tracks were exactly the length I supplied a millimetre shorter would have made them easier to install. I had to wind the wheels in to their maximum and use a crowbar to get them into the track again 5 mm less height would help.
But saying that I’m pleased with them they slide perfectly. I like the plastic bits you can put in the track to hold the doors in a certain place, that’s a great idea I wish other sliding doors in my last house did that, or the builder installed them.
