As we are an online store, online is the best way to get in contact.

Although we don’t have a showroom, you can still collect from our Auckland Warehouse once your order is ready.

Standard Lead Times

We endeavour to meet the lead times below for all orders outside of holiday & closed periods:

  • Wardrobe Systems: Approximately 3 working days dispatch, or Next Day Collections
  • Sliding Doors: Approximately 20 working days


If your order contains both wardrobes and sliding doors, the longer lead time is applicable for your total order.

Please note that lead times may vary due to stock availability, assembly requirements, or seasonal demand. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, and our close-down period. If timing is critical for your order, please contact us to confirm stock availability and estimated delivery dates.
