Our wardrobes and doors aren’t standard courier parcels — they’re large, heavy, and carefully packaged for safe transport via Freight Carriers.
Delivery costs are based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Delivery Areas
We deliver to most main centres, simply enter your address at checkout. If your address isn’t included in our standard delivery areas, you’ll be prompted during checkout to request a delivery quote — we’ll email you a price within 48 hours.Â
Delivery Details & Surcharges
Most orders are pallet-packed and shipped nationwide with Mainfreight.
Current lead times can be found here. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier’s route and schedule — specific delivery dates or times cannot be requested.
A signature is required on all deliveries — goods cannot be left unattended.
Orders that include mirror doors incur an additional mirror freight surcharge (excludes collection from Silverdale).
Some products exceed standard size or weight limits. These may incur excess freight charges and may not qualify for delivery promotions.
Collection – Silverdale, North Auckland
You can collect your order Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm. Please bring photo ID and your pickup confirmation email.
Collection from a Freight Depot
In some areas, we can deliver your order to the nearest Mainfreight depot for you to collect. Standard delivery fees apply to depot deliveries.
If this option is available for your location, it will appear at checkout — otherwise, you can email our team to request a depot delivery quote.

We had to wait a little longer than planned for the delivery due to it being out of stock, but it was well worth the wait. The communication whilst we waited was great.
Fantastic quality, and it looks really smart. Easy to put together as long as you have the right tools and a little patience.
We were even able to change the layout to suit our space. We highly recommend.
Not too difficult to put together, (for a mechanic and an accountant!), we did watch the online video though! Good quality. There was a little strap damage from transporting, but not where it can be seen, so no big deal. Looks great and has vastlt improved our wardrobe. Cheers.
