Our wardrobes and doors aren’t standard courier parcels — they’re large, heavy, and carefully packaged for safe transport.
Delivery costs are based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Main centres are listed in our [Terms & Conditions]. If your address falls outside these zones, you’ll be prompted during checkout to request a delivery quote — we’ll email you a price within 24 business hours.

Delivery Details & Surcharges
Most orders are pallet-packed and shipped nationwide with Mainfreight.
Current lead times can be found [here]. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier’s route and schedule — specific delivery dates or times cannot be requested.
A signature is required on all deliveries — goods cannot be left unattended.
Orders that include mirror doors incur an additional mirror freight surcharge (excludes collection from Silverdale).
Some products exceed standard size or weight limits. These may incur excess freight charges and may not qualify for delivery promotions.

Collection – Silverdale, North Auckland
You can collect your order Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm. Please bring photo ID and your pickup confirmation email.

Collection from a Freight Depot
In some areas, we can deliver your order to the nearest Mainfreight depot for you to collect. Standard delivery fees apply to depot deliveries.
If this option is available for your location, it will appear at checkout — otherwise, you can email our team to request a depot delivery quote.

    So nice! Looks fantastic, wish we ordered sooner. So much hanging room for all of our clothes and just over enough storage for everything. We changed the railings to ones from a hardware store so they could be white but the railings it comes with are perfect too. Easy to build and really great, have recommended to many.

Christmas Cut-off Dates & Closed Period 2025-2026

Merry Christmas from the Wardrobes Online Team!

We will be closed 19th December -4th January (Inclusive), and re-open on Monday 5th January 2026. Orders received during this time will be queued in date order, and prepared on our return. See lead times below.

Standard Lead Times

We endeavour to meet the lead times below for all orders outside of holiday & closed periods:

  • Wardrobe Systems: Approximately 3 working days dispatch, or Next Day Collections
  • Sliding Doors: Approximately 20 working days

If your order contains both wardrobes and sliding doors, the longer lead time is applicable for your total order.

Please note that lead times may vary due to stock availability, assembly requirements, or seasonal demand. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, and our close-down period. If timing is critical for your order, please contact us to confirm stock availability and estimated delivery dates.
