Our wardrobes and doors aren’t standard courier parcels — they’re large, heavy, and carefully packaged for safe transport via Freight Carriers.
Delivery costs are based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Delivery Areas
We deliver to most main centres, simply enter your address at checkout. If your address isn’t included in our standard delivery areas, you’ll be prompted during checkout to request a delivery quote — we’ll email you a price within 48 hours.
Delivery Details & Surcharges
Most orders are pallet-packed and shipped nationwide with Mainfreight.
Current lead times can be found here. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier’s route and schedule — specific delivery dates or times cannot be requested.
A signature is required on all deliveries — goods cannot be left unattended.
Orders that include mirror doors incur an additional mirror freight surcharge (excludes collection from Silverdale).
Some products exceed standard size or weight limits. These may incur excess freight charges and may not qualify for delivery promotions.
Collection – Silverdale, North Auckland
You can collect your order Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm. Please bring photo ID and your pickup confirmation email.
Collection from a Freight Depot
In some areas, we can deliver your order to the nearest Mainfreight depot for you to collect. Standard delivery fees apply to depot deliveries.
If this option is available for your location, it will appear at checkout — otherwise, you can email our team to request a depot delivery quote.

Appreciated email with expected delivery timeframe. Delivery was within this timeframe. Appreciated the courier calling to confirm where to leave the boxes. Easy to install and looks great.
when ordered on line i pre-sumed they came with side frames as pics looked that way, they didn’t which meant i had to alter to fit frame size, little disappointing.
Thanks for your feedback. Our sliding doors are supplied with top and bottom tracks only, as door jambs form part of the building structure and are not included. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Fantastic quality and value for money. Easy to install and quick process. So pleased with how they look in my son\’s room, it\’s tranformed it. I\’ve now ordered some for the main bedroom!
Great doors, easy to install. Really pleased with how they look, it’s transformed the room. Value for money compared to others. The only thing that needs to be factored in is the additional delivery charge, plus a surcharge for mirrored doors. However would definitely recommend and will purchase more for our other bedrooms!
