Delivery Areas
We deliver to most main centres, simply enter your address at checkout. If your address isn’t included in our standard delivery areas, you’ll be prompted during checkout to request a delivery quote — we’ll email you a price within 48 hours.Â
Delivery Details & Surcharges
Most orders are pallet-packed and shipped nationwide with Mainfreight.
Current lead times can be found here. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier’s route and schedule — specific delivery dates or times cannot be requested.
A signature is required on all deliveries — goods cannot be left unattended.
Orders that include mirror doors incur an additional mirror freight surcharge (excludes collection from Silverdale).
Some products exceed standard size or weight limits. These may incur excess freight charges and may not qualify for delivery promotions.
Collection – Silverdale, North Auckland
You can collect your order Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm. Please bring photo ID and your pickup confirmation email.
Collection from a Freight Depot
In some areas, we can deliver your order to the nearest Mainfreight depot for you to collect. Standard delivery fees apply to depot deliveries.
If this option is available for your location, it will appear at checkout — otherwise, you can email our team to request a depot delivery quote.

Great service, easy to install, solid wardrobe units.
Easier to install if you have a power drill, but doable with a screwdriver. These are made from MDF rather than solid wood, but are strong and we are very happy with them.
Excellent quality – far better than I thought they’d be. White satin finish and 18mm thick. Website was very easy to navigate and I used the link to book Kitset Assembly Services. I was lucky enough to get free delivery and the system was seamless. Although I could have built them myself I was extremely happy to get a professional to do it. The finished product is very solid and robust. I’m delighted – thanks Wardrobes Online. Highly recommended.
