Standard Lead Times
We endeavour to meet the lead times below for all orders outside of holiday & closed periods:
- Wardrobe Systems: Approximately 3 working days dispatch, or Next Day Collections
- Sliding Doors: Approximately 15 working days
If your order contains both wardrobes and sliding doors, the longer lead time is applicable for your total order.
Please note that lead times may vary due to stock availability, assembly requirements, or seasonal demand. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, and our close-down period. If timing is critical for your order, please contact us to confirm stock availability and estimated delivery dates.
A great quality product that goes together easily. The pickup from the factory was smooth and well organized as all components were packed, stacked and ready to go. The kit came with lots of spare fittings and plenty of rail and shelf material. My partner now leaves the wardrobe door open as it looks so flash.
Good pricing, quick delivery, clear instructions and easy to build + looks fantastic!
Only downside has been with Mainfreight who’ve mishandled the delivery.
I won’t go into detail as I don’t blame wardrobes direct for this, it is just unfortunate that Mainfreight has not provided a fair service.
