Delivery Details & Surcharges
Most orders are pallet-packed and shipped nationwide with Mainfreight.
Current lead times can be found [here]. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier’s route and schedule — specific delivery dates or times cannot be requested.
A signature is required on all deliveries — goods cannot be left unattended.
Orders that include mirror doors incur an additional mirror freight surcharge (excludes collection from Silverdale).
Some products exceed standard size or weight limits. These may incur excess freight charges and may not qualify for delivery promotions.

You can collect your order Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm. Please bring photo ID and your pickup confirmation email.
Collection from a Freight Depot
In some areas, we can deliver your order to the nearest Mainfreight depot for you to collect. Standard delivery fees apply to depot deliveries.

My original order arrived in time to be completed before Christmas. I arranged for a builder to put it together. After making the drawers and erecting the tower he realised the drawers weren’t the correct size for the tower.
I contacted the office to find there was a skeleton staff until 5 January. I eventually received the correct drawers but was too late for my builder who I had to pay for his work making the original drawers, and which I cannot use. A friend has since made up the new drawers but there are issues with some (suspect she isn’t experienced enough).
On 5 January I contacted the Office to explain my situation and the people I dealt with were helpful and respectful. I was offered a refund of the transport cost ($99).
I did not think this offer satisfactory as I’ve been left $250 approx out of pocket due to an error by Wardrobes Online. I do not have the wardrobe I was wanting and now have to organise a builder again to try and get the new drawers to work properly and to install the rest of the wardrobe.
Packages arrived promptly, and were solidly packed. There was no damage to any of the pieces. and the instructions were clear. I would highly recommend this product.
Bought the kit, picked up the next day and fitted it up within afew hours. Super easy and quality was good.
Great quality and very easy to put together at home. Instructions were easy to follow, and it looks great. Staff were also very friendly and helpful when I picked this up.
